WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
An exotic turkish delight twist on Australia's favourite grape variety. The Y Series Shiraz Viognier will intrigue the curious palate with its pretty and exotic aromatics.
Luscious aromas of violets, apricot and marzipan with hints of white pepper and freshly picked herbs. Flavours of raspberry and redcurrent frame the well balanced palate which shows excellent structure, lovely light tannins and a persistent finish.
Delicious with cacio e pepe (spaghetti with pecorino and black pepper) or mushroom, leek and carrot potstickers.
