WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Cherry-red colour. An intense and expressive nose featuring ripe fruit, such as raisins, and also dried figs, with a balsamic backdrop. Minerality, broad and with very silky tannins. The acidity is balanced by the sweetness of the tannins. 100% Garraf wine. Persistent, worth repeating. Versatile. Pairs well with stewed meats, chargrilled dishes, mature cheeses, pasta dishes, etc., and also with chocolate desserts and red berries.
Serve at room temperature.
