Vivid and expressive, the 2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of fresh dark fruit, sage, and a hint of graphite. This vintage is particularly poised on the palate, with floral tones and blue fruit precisely framed by fine grained tannins and a bright acidity that speaks to its elevated origins.
TASTING NOTES:
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a deep opaque red hue and delivers aromas of blackcurrants, leather, baking spice, nutmeg, and walnut. Full-bodied, fleshy, and ripe, it’s already drinking beautifully today, with impressive depth and richness, though there is a touch of baked fruit for my palate. Scheduled for release this fall. Drink 2026-2040.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate was blended with 1% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot and matured for 17 months in 41% new French oak. It has pure, inviting aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, licorice and violet, cigars and graphite. The full-bodied palate is concentrated and expressive with detailed flavors. It’s framed by silky tannins, and bright freshness calls you in for another sip on the long finish.
