WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep purple on the edges with a deep concentrated middle color. Aromas of blueberry, black cherry and vanilla. The black fruits all there but not spicy at all, due to great light exposure. There is an amazing harmony and balance of black cherry, plum and baking spice. The finish is a beautiful meld of fruits and a fine grain finish.
TASTING NOTES:
This is saturated juice, with concentrated raspberry, cassis and chocolate aromas on the nose. There's a pleasurable warmth to the palate of this wine, with berry compote and caramel flavors plus tons of acid paired with velvety tannin for long-term aging.

Aromas of dark earth, coffee, chocolate, ripe black fruit, forest and cedar. A powerful, full-bodied wine with abundant, chewy tannins and concentrated fruit. Vanilla in the finish. The clear oak influence will need time to soften and integrate.
