WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Dark ruby in color with notes of sweet jammy fruit. Dense blackberry, boysenberry and black cherry layered with sweet spice and vanilla. Full body, luscious, sweet ripe fruit flavors and smooth finish.
Blend: 83% Zinfandel, 6% Petite Sirah, 6% Terlodego, 2% Tannat, 2% Barbera, 1% Other Reds
TASTING NOTES:
This wine is sumptuous, dense, with aromas of boysenberry, brown sugar, sweet bacon, African violet on the nose. The palate glides into mouthwatering lingonberry, blueberries, orange-blossom honey, dried herbs and vanilla cream. The finish is dried sweet tobacco leaves, sarsaparilla and chili chocolate. Aerate and pair with pulled pork. Best Buy.
