WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Vibrant and unmistakably Marlborough, this wine opens with green tropical fruit, citrus oil, and hints of fresh herbs, snow peas, and saline minerality. The palate is generous and concentrated, with citrus zest, tropical fruit, and subtle herbal layers. Crisp acidity brings focus to a long, elegant finish.
Pair with: seafood, soft cheeses, creamy pasta, garden salads, or spice-driven Asian dishes.
TASTING NOTES:
Sliced-grapefruit, lychee, fennel and some grass aromas follow through to a medium body with crunchy fruit and crisp acidity. Long, bright finish. Real New Zealand sauvignon blanc.
