TASTING NOTES:
The 2021 Paveil de Luze is a powerful, burly wine. Dried herbs, menthol, licorice, spice and tobacco are all nicely delineated. This Cabernet Sauvignon-driven Margaux is decidedly savory and also quite nervous, but it has plenty of character.
