WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Brancaia Ilatraia Rosso Maremma Toscana IGT is a wine that exudes a sense of fullness and leaves a lasting impression with its refreshing, precise, and elegant characteristics. The wine achieves a remarkable equilibrium between maturity and finesse, boasting an exceptionally smooth and refined texture thanks to the supple tannins that are typical of the Tuscan coast. The blend of grape varieties truly showcases the beauty of the terroir, which is further enhanced by the fact that the grapes can fully mature without the need for irrigation. This wine pairs exceptionally well with dishes that possess balanced and intense flavors, particularly meat and game dishes that are either fried or braised. It also complements poultry dishes such as pigeon or pheasant. As a personal recommendation, we highly suggest enjoying this wine alongside a plate of fresh tagliatelle topped with a delectable wild boar ragout.

TASTING NOTES:
Very pure and attractive fruit character here with blackberries and blueberries with crushed violets, dark chocolate and savory herbs undertones. Some citrus peel and wet stones, too. Full-bodied with super fine tannins and crunchy acidity that gives tension and energy to the fruit. So polished and silky. Very long. A blend of petit verdot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
