The 2020 Villa Puccini Rosso Toscana IGT is a well-regarded, affordable Italian red blend (Sangiovese/Merlot) from Tuscany, offering juicy red fruit (cherry, plum) with hints of spice, oak, vanilla, and a balanced, approachable style with soft tannins, making it a versatile, easy-drinking wine good with Mediterranean dishes, pizza, or roasted meats, praised for its value and Tuscan character.
TASTING NOTES:
Notes of toasted cedar, ground cloves, ripe red berries and a hint of chocolate on the nose. Medium- to full-bodied with fine, firm tannins. A little tight, with hints of spiced oak and walnuts at the end.
