WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A pleasantly balanced wine, characteristically light on the palate but still
structured. Medium ruby. High acid, med tannin, med body. A soft wine with
supple tannins - a lovely mouthfeel. The grape varieties are mainly Sangiovese and Canaiolo, with small percentages of Tuscan varieties such as Ciliegiolo, Bonamico and Malvasia Nera
