Chateau German shows intense color with ruby glints, brightness and great brilliance. It reveals black fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry with toasted notes. Produced from selected plots of 40 year old vines, the nature of the sandy-gravelly soil acts as a flavor enhancer and is reflected in the minerality of this wine. 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Cabernet Franc
TASTING NOTES:
The wine's fulsome black fruits are packed with tannins and a spicy, smoky character. This is a solid wine, with a good future. Drink from 2025.
