WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Garnet black color. Aromas and flavors of crushed blackberries, leather, autumn leaves, roasted chestnut, licorice, and spice cake with a satiny, vibrant, dryish medium body and a smooth, complex, long finish that shows accents of dark chocolate and candied orange peel with light oak flavor. Exceptionally food friendly, this Chianti will pair like a dream with roasted fare and regional Italian cuisine.

A bright, fruity red with cherries, minerals and some fresh-herb character. Drink or hold.
