PRODUCTION Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 8 months.
COLOUR Deep red with very nice violet hints.
BOUQUET Really intense aromas and reminiscent of fruit jam, blackcurrants, cherries, mulberries, cocoa and liquorice.
TASTE Round, smooth taste with fruity notes and an aromatic aftertaste.
