Bright and lively, with light aromatics of ruby red grapefruit, pineapple, and melon. Honeydew, tangelo, and lime sorbet flavors burst through this well-balanced wine with energetic acidity and a crisp, mineral finish.
Blend: 95% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Semillon
TASTING NTOES:
Anjou pear, fresh linen, pink grapefruit, and candied ginger make up an aromatic and flavor bounty for this crisp and energetic white. High energy persists, and mid-way notes of banana, kiwi, and white melon are lovely, weaved through a line of minerality on the finish.
