WINEMAKER NOTES:
A monument to Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, from an ideal vintage and pristine vineyard sites. Pours a dark red ruby core with elegance and concentration. Aromas are led by a handful of dark plum, black cherry, and spice, wrapped in a bed of violet and lilac with graphite and dark chocolate notes. The mouthfeel is impactful and balanced with plenty of fruit and mineral-rich layers, balanced acidity, and silky tannin that resolves in a long lasting finish. Drink Now to 2035.
TASTING NOTES:
A collaboration between famed consultants Michel Rolland and Jean Hoefliger, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic, all-American, opulent Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that just about jumps out of the glass with its massive cassis, blueberry, classy oak, spice, and floral aromas and flavors. It brings serious fruit and texture, is full-bodied, has sweet tannins, and no hard edges, all making for an undeniably delicious Cabernet Sauvignon that can be drunk today or cellared for 15-20 years.
