WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Chassagne-Montrachet unveils a pale gold color. The nose is powerful and gourmet offering aromas of yellow peach, marzipan and brioche. The palate is generous and supple with well-integrated oaky hints.
Pairs well with seafood, fish, charcuterie, and goat's cheese.
TASTING NOTES:
Absolutely classic, with the combination of ripeness and elegance the world expects from Chassagne-Montrachet. Fine apple, pear and lemon aromas, a delicate herbal touch adding freshness. Long, elegant finish, driven along at a brisk clip by the mineral acidity. Drink or hold.
