WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is introduced by bold tropical notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapple with a beautiful minerality. Floral aromas complement the refreshing flavors. Partial sur lie aging in neutral barrels results in a nice round finish.
TASTING NOTES:
Rounded aromas of apple and ripe pear meet with peach, apple blossoms and a mix of kiwi and jicama on the dynamic nose of this bottling. The palate's ripe pear flavor is cut by wet cement and white pepper.
