WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque is characterised by harmony. Harmony in the blend, of course, which combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in almost equal proportions, but also harmony overtime. This is a majestic cuvée whichmaintains its style and philosophy as it ages.
A beautiful golden hue. Floral freshness, with notes of carnation, lime blossom, and jasmine. The texture is fine and silky, carried by a subtly spicy finish of Timut pepper and enlive.
TASTING NOTES:
A harmonious, elegant version, with vibrant energy and length to the flavors of poached pear and apricot, vanilla wafer, and pickled ginger as they ride the finely detailed, creamy mousse. Delicate aromas of white blossoms and fragrant spices echo on the finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Drink now through 2038.
