TASTING NOTES:
Lovely Nebbiolo aromas of rose, violet, red berry and botanical herb shape the fragrant nose. Smooth and savory, the elegant palate features juicy red cherry, crushed raspberry and cake spice alongside polished tannins. Fresh acidity keeps it balanced. It's already drinking beautifully but also promises years of pleasure. Enjoy through 2030.

Aromas of ripe raspberries and dark spice follow through to a medium-to full-bodied palate, with some fine, fruit and spice-coated tannin and a medium finish that firms up at the end. Sustainable. Give this a year or two. Best from 2024.

WINEMKAER'S NOTES:
Albe is "Barolo di Barolo", a Barolo blended from vineyards only in the Barolo comune. Fosatti, Coste de Vergne and La Volta all have different southern exposures and add distinct qualities to the wine, they yield a complex and rich Barolo that will age gracefully for another three to five years, but is an absolute pleasure to drink now. Tannins are round, aromatics complex and the fruit is delicious.
