WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Deep cherry red with garnet reflections. A fascinating spectrum of aromas of ripe red fruits, in particular black cherries, marinated maraschino cherries and raspberries, accompained by spicy notes of roasted coffee beans and carob, rounded off with a touch of balsamic. The first sip confirms the aromatic impressions, but despite this strong structure, it is balanced and elegant. The finish is long-lasting and harmonious, supported by good acidity and lively tannin structure.
