Nuestra Señora Portal Blanco is a wine made from White Grenache (85%), Sauvignon Blanc, Maccabeu and Viognier, from vineyards that are located at 450 metres above sea level, planted on clayey-calcareous soils that are poor in organic matter, and which are over 25 years old.
They are manually harvested and placed in 15kg boxes. Once they arrive at the winery, they go through skin-contact maceration at a low temperature. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature.
Nuestra Señora Portal Blanco is a defined, unctuous and long wine. A White Grenache that is very well complemented by the aroma of the Sauvignon Blanc, the finesse of the Maccabeu and the fragrance of the Viognier.
