WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
With origins from the Lujan de Cuyo region, which is widely considered to be the prime growing zone for grapes in Mendoza, the vines are grown at 3,200-3,500 feet in elevation, and have minuscule yields of just over 2 tons per acre. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon spent 18 months in French & American oak barrels before bottling and it’s drinking beautifully right now.
