One of Sicily’s most respected natural wine winemakers, Arianna Occhipinti, who in just a few short years has received international praise with her biodynamic Nero d’Avola, Frappato and Grillo wines under her namesake Occhipinti label, also creates Tami.
Tami is a joint project among a handful of her friends, sourcing fruit from other organic vineyards of theirs. This well-priced wine is fragrant yet elegant with notes of black/red berry fruits, wild herbs, and anise. Not a powerhouse of intensity, yet concentrated and well balanced.
