This wine, obtained from gently pressed Chardonnay (prevalent) and Pinot Nero grapes vinified off skins, is produced with the skillful use of the metodo classico and make the second fermentation into the bottle for at least 24 months.
The color is a brilliant pale-straw yellow with hints of green. The bouquet is full and delicately fruity, with hint of fresh pineapple and wisteria.
The flavor is dry, well balanced and smooth as the perlage is fine and continuous.
