WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The maturity of this champagne is immediately apparent, with autumnal notes of roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, rich nuts, honey, and nougat. White fruit is revealed next, reminiscent of a beautifully ripe apple or pear. Aromas of iodine, dried flowers, and pine sap complete the bouquet.
Blend: 41% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, 21% Meunier
TASTING NOTES:
Sea shells, crushed stones, raspberries, walnuts, apricot stones, honey and quince. It’s tight, mineral and focused, with a medium body and very fine bubbles. Complex aroma profile. Dry.

This elegant Champagne displays citrus, mineral and toast character in equal measure, with bright notes of preserved lemon and verbena layered with smoke, chalk, brioche and nut flavors. The interplay is backed by deftly knit acidity, riding the fine and creamy mousse through to the lingering finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
