Grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the hill around Villa Cordellina are hand picked and lied in plateau and are dried for about one month. After slow fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels and barriques (Allier woods) for 15 months. Red berry nuances, with aroma of tobacco; full body taste. Pairs well with roast beef, BBQ and aged cheeses. Serve at 18 C opening one hour before drinking.
