WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A shimmering color:
Coral pink with glints of orange, and fine, persistent bubbles.
A bouquet characterized by freshness:
Initially offering refreshing notes of pink grapefruit and blood orange, followed by small red stone fruit such as morello cherries, finishing with more vegetal notes of wild strawberries and rhubarb.
TASTING NOTES:
A firm, tightly meshed rosé Champagne, with a powerful frame of smoky mineral and acidity swathed in a fine range of wild strawberry, whole-grain toast, kumquat and exotic spice notes that linger on the racy finish. Disgorged February 2017. Drink now through 2030.

While initially soft, this wine then develops a crisper side that comes from the red-currant flavors. It also has some toasty touches and hints of maturity. Taken together, these elements have produced a rich wine, ripe and ready to drink.
