Shipping & Weather Policies


Due to shipping changes we will currently only ship to the following states:

CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, LA, MI, NE, NV, NH, NM, OR, WV, WY

We are working quickly to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

 

WEATHER POLICY

At this time we are holding shipments due to warm weather BY REQUEST ONLY. If you would like your package to be held until temperatures are cooler, please contact us at (313) 882-5420.

We also offer the option of shipping with cool packs BY REQUEST ONLY. If you would like us to ship with cool packs please contact us at (313) 882-5420.

In the event of EXTREME hot temperatures in our area, we may delay shipment by a day or two.

 

Shipping & Processing Delays:

-Processing time is currently 5-7 business days. We are currently experiencing frequent delays and missing items with daily deliveries from our distributors. This could possibly extend order processing.

-Unfortunately, many items that are typically readily available are currently out of stock. While we are doing our best to stay on top of this, it is possible that items listed as “In Stock” on our website are not available. We will inform you of any unavailable items as soon as possible.

-Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless expedited shipping is requested. FedEx is experiencing delays and it is possible your scheduled delivery date will change. Due to the frequency of these delays, at this time we are not able to offer shipping refunds on orders that do not arrive when needed/expected.

 -FedEx will not notify us if a package is damaged in transit. Please call us at (313) 882-5420 or email at info@woodswholesalewine.com if your package has been damaged.
