Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc showcases the idyllic conditions of the vintage with a nose that is fresh and inviting, featuring notes of green apple, key lime, white peach, and citrus rind, enveloped by delicate floral hints of chamomile, lilac, and jasmine. The palate reflects winemaker’s technique and intention, incorporating barrel fermentation and Semillon to add length, texture, and roundness, balancing this wine’s bright, snappy mouthfeel.
