WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Composed of 100% Kistler Clone Chardonnay sourced from McCrea Vineyard, which is planted on red volcanic and fine-grained chalky soils. The wine was barrel fermented with native yeast and underwent full malolactic fermentation. It aged 11 months in barrel without any bâtonnage, then was racked into stainless steel tanks for 3 months prior to bottling — bottled unfined and unfiltered.
