WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The eye is seduced by its pure golden hue. The nose is enticed by an explosion of white flowers, peach and citrus fruits. The palate is enthralled by an equilibrium between mellowness and liveliness that leaves a final, woody overture that gives the wine a highly distinctive character. Paired perfectly with a roasted chicken or turkey as well as with curries and spicy dishes with strongly flavored sauces.
TASTING NOTES:
This is a perfumed white that has aromas and flavors of lemon, grapefruit, orange blossom and rose petals. It’s medium- to full-bodied with excellent freshness and persistency. Viognier, sauvignon and chardonnay. Drink now.
