WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The winemaker and her daughter went the extra step by using their own two feet to stomp these grapes prior to pressing. They credit their pigéage with boosting the wine's aromatics, which include honeysuckle, pear and wet slate. This is a crisp, lean Viognier that sports yellow apple, peach and lemon verbena flavors that seemingly last forever.
