J. Riddle Peated Bourbon was named after local and national legend James Riddle Hoffa. This mash bill consists of 79% Michigan Corn and 21% peated UK Barley. This bourbon blends the sweet corn of American whiskies with the medicinal peatiness of Islay Scotch.
