WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Tile red color with violet rims. On the nose we can find the typical characteristic notes of the Monastrell, very ripe fruits, plums, blackberries and red fruits in perfect harmony with the contribution of wood provided by the barrel, cocoa, smoked, spiced. Very intense and complex nose. High but very round tannins, a wine with a lot of structure.
TASTING NOTES:
Aromas of black currant, Earl Grey tea and mint leaf prep the palate for bold cherry pie, blackberry preserve, licorice, lavender and mocha flavors. Tannins deepen in intensity to coat the tongue and gums and then drift off to reveal hints of eucalyptus and orange zest.

A rich, velvety red, with a generous base of toast, melted licorice and smoke underscoring flavors of crème de cassis, raspberry ganache and mountain herbs. Firm, integrated tannins and lively orange peel acidity keep this fresh and focused. Monastrell.
