WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
This dry riesling sits on its skins for 28 days in natural oak barrels. Aromas of peaches, apricots, pink apples, mango, and passionfruit all reflect nicely on the palate.
TASTING NOTES:
This cloudy, orange-copper, skin-contact riesling gives aromas of orange peels, tea leaves, preserved lemons, yellow apples and mandarin pith. The palate is mid-weighted with a textural, phenolic mouthfeel and a bright acidity. Thirty days on skins add a dimension to the wine. Drink now. Screw cap.
