WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Bright amber/orange hue. Aromatically expressive, with dried apricot, orange peel, and candied citrus layered over herbal tea, chamomile, and a subtle savory note. On the palate, medium-bodied with gentle tannic grip from skin contact, balanced by lively acidity from the Assyrtiko. Flavors of stone fruit, bergamot, and quince mingle with light spice and a faint saline edge. The finish is textured, slightly grippy, and pleasantly bittersweet.
