WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Sourced from a single pedigreed vineyard site in Carneros, our chardonnay strikes the balance between pronounced, complex fruit notes ...and a bright finish. The grapes are fermented in French concrete tanks and aged in barrels 3+ years old to enhance aromatics, elevate mineral character, and showcase terroir.
TASTING NOTES:
Attractive rose petal and camellia aromas leads to vivid lychee fruit, Anjou pear and baked apple flavors in this charming, fruit-forward wine that could pass for a Pinot Gris. It is rounded, rather light bodied and shows little oak influence.
