Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as a white wine. It has an intense straw-yellow color; its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, fragrant and persistent. To be paired with fish soups, chargrilled seafood and various dishes based on field mushrooms and porcini mushrooms. This wine is wonderful with squid ink lasagnette pasta and crayfish sauce.
TASTING NOTES:
This classic Pinot Grigio’s aromas flow out of the glass showing fresh orchard notes, white flowers, lemon drop candy and crushed stone. It’s lively on the palate with the sprightly levity of lemon zest, green apple skin, wild green herbs and a zip of acidity.

Really fresh and pure on the nose with typical sliced apple and lime zest characters. Chalk and a hint of white fruit, too. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with bright, zingy acidity and a limey, nervy finish.
