WINEMAKER NOTES:
A fresh wine, ready to take on the world! Delicious aromas of raspberry jam and spicy green grass lead to a luscious mouthful of dark red fruit, delicate soft tannins and a long spicy finish. Recommended with stews and spicy sauces. After 9 days of temperature controlled fermentation, the wine is sent to to rest stainless steel tanks, then to oak barrels for two months.
