WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Practically colorless, delicate hue, reminiscent of linen white or ivory white, very pale, bright and clean. Subtle fragrance of bear fruit such as nectarines, sage flower and earthy, mineral notes. Its passage through the mouth is silky and provides a notable sensation of body and depth. Pairs well with light dishes such as baked white fish, fresh salads with aromatic herbs or asparagus. Starters such as a hummus table or a selection of cheese and nut mousse.
