WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Cantina Terlano’s 2024 Pinot Bianco is a benchmark expression of this noble grape, capturing the crisp, mineral-driven character of the Alto Adige with stunning precision. The nose is bright and expressive, with notes of crisp green apple, white peach, and chamomile, accented by a distinct, wet stone minerality. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and beautifully textured, with a vibrant, energetic acidity that frames the pure orchard fruit flavors. The finish is long, clean, and resonant, echoing with a saline, stony quality. A classic, versatile, and incredibly elegant alpine white.

TASTING NOTES:
The Alto Adige produces arguably the finest Pinot Bianco in the world, and this scintillating example is a perfect introduction to the local style. Fermentation and lees ageing in stainless steel only produces a white displaying jasmine inflections to as yet closed pear and yellow peach aromas and a light waxiness. Balanced and with lovely acidity, it's quite fleshy but not fully open yet, showing some nectarine and flowers for now. Really good length, with that classic stony, salty finish.
