WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Michael Pozzan Chardonnay focuses on bright fresh fruit instead of oak and butter. With a combination of both new and used French oak and only a touch of malolactic fermentation, the wine is allowed to show the true flavors and aromas of the varietal. Enjoy this refined Chardonnay with butter poached white fish, served with potato gratin and sautéed broccolini.
