WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Schramsberg's 2021 Crémant Demi-sec welcomes aromas of pineapple, lemon zest, glazed orange, and citrus peel, with layers of ginger, cinnamon, honey, and puffed pastry. The palate exhibits a right zesty entry with a rounded and creamy center that leads to a delicious balance of sweetness and acidity to a delicious balance of sweetness and acidity.
Blend: 52% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, 19% Flora

Creamy yet crisp, with succulent lemon sorbet and baked apple flavors that linger on the rich finish.

This unapologetically sweet sparkler is floral in aromas, fruity and soft on the palate. Pistachio, cherry, almond and cotton candy flavors on a soft, mouth-filling mousse. A very good wine for the right occasion.
