WINEMAKER NOTES:
A Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millesimato Grand Cru that does not renounce to show all its character, revealing itself rich and complex, both on the nose and on the palate. It offers a beautiful mirror of drinkability, promising to give important and evolved taste-olfactory sensations if you have the patience to wait for it for a few more years. Brilliant golden yellow in the glass, with elegant and lasting perlage. The nose is complex and rich, characterized by an opening on floral and fruity notes, which then evolve into memories of hay, undergrowth, custard, candied fruit and white pepper. The palate is powerful and substantial, tasty, fresh and of excellent persistence. To be sipped during important seafood aperitifs, especially with raw food and shellfish.
