WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Made solely from Piedmontese wine and herbs typical of the Savoy region and the hills of Pancalieri, it is produced by slow cold maceration and monitored until the wine and aromatic extract are fully harmonized. Aroma and palate show gentle wormwood, Roman wormwood, cinchona, bitter orange, flowers, aromatic herbs and sweet spices with a balanced finish; serves as an aperitif, digestif, or the key ingredient in Negroni and Americano.
