WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Stellar Organics Shiraz is a soft and fruity red wine produced by Stellar Winery, an organic and Fairtrade certified winery in South Africa. The grapes are sourced from the greater Western Cape appellation. The winery's commitment to sustainable farming practices ensures that the grapes are grown without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides. The winemaking focusses on retaining the fruit flavors whilst creating a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth. This is achieved by fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
