WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Aromas of bing cherry, cardamon, resin and strawberry lead to flavors of cranberry, flint, forest floor and rich raspberry. The finish is vibrant.
Try this wine with wild Pacific salmon or a wild mushroom and lentil ragout.
TASTING NOTES:
A blend of Pinot Noir across the Talley estate sites, this wine shows wonderfully, with intricate aromatics of rose petals, smoke and dusty red berries. The palate is savoury and shows brilliant structure as rooibos, sea salt and savoury herbs frame tart raspberry and cranberries with a note of salty blood orange at the finish.
