This third vintage of Caymus California Cabernet bears all the hallmarks Caymus is known for – rich, ripe, round and supple, with luxurious tannins. Not bitter, and balanced.
It performs at the table, particularly with steak and red meats. While Napa brings a style all its own, Caymus California has a similar character, and Caymus is equally proud to release this wine.
