WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The Negroamaro "12 e Mezzo" from the Varvaglione Winery is a structured yet smooth and velvety still red wine, produced exclusively in the plains of the province of Taranto, near the municipality of Leporano in Puglia, at the gateway to the Salento peninsula, on lands not far from the Ionian coast, at an average altitude of 100 to 150 meters above sea level.
A deep red wine with amaranth highlights. It offers captivating aromas of wild berries. The palate is marked by long-lasting vanilla notes. The flavor is velvety and smooth.
