WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
The wine displays a garnet hue with bright ruby highlights; on the nose, it offers smoky blackberry jam, vanilla spice, black cherry, fig, leather, and a subtle hint of tobacco; on the palate, different vineyard blocks were fermented separately to preserve their distinct characteristics.
TASTING NOTES:
This wine is fresh, with aromas of blackberry coulis, cinnamon, violet and orange zest on the nose. On the palate, flavors of blueberry coulis, white grapefruit, allspice and vanilla cream waft into dried herbs and a dry finish. Pair with your favorite takeaway.
